The Exhibition Company develops and runs trade fairs and consumer shows. We handle the whole project, from the first sketch of the floor plan to the build-down. Our own four exhibitions show how that works.

How we work
An exhibition is built in four phases.
Organising an exhibition is a construction project. You have one fixed point of contact: Patrick van Brienen. He knows your show from the first sketch to the last build-down day.

Introduction
We get to know your exhibition
We discuss what you want the show to achieve and who it is for. That also tells you whether we are a good fit.
- 02
Exhibition plan
We draw up the plan
You get a plan with venue and floor plan, plus a schedule with a budget. The quote lists every item separately.
- 03
Organisation and build-up
We fill the floor
We recruit the exhibitors and run the marketing. We also manage the stand builders.
- 04
Show days and review
The doors open
During the show we are in the hall. Afterwards we go through what went well and what can be better.
